A lot of us do mess up with our computer and when some thing goes bad, how do will reverse it.well,
system restore is normally performed to enable one to restore their computer to a previous state should in case there was any problem arising from any changes made on the system.this means that one can restore their system to a previous state when it was normal before an error or problem occurred as a result of any changes been made to the
computer e.g
installation of new software program,
changes in system file etc.
so what is system restore
to put this in a simple explanation,
computer system restore is a tool that will enable one to restore their computer or laptop pc back to a time, date (state) when it has no problem.
for instance, you installed a new software program on your computer when it has no problem before installation but after the program must have finished installing which may take some minute, the system started malfunctioning and showing error problem, you can simply perform a system restore to the previous time or date before the last software program was installed and every thing becomes normal.
at times some one may come to me that they have problem which has to do with software program, all i just need to do after finding what went wrong without any success, i will simple restore the computer to the last date before such problem occurred.
please take NOTE: too much of
system restore is not good for your computer's health as it may lead to loosing of your last updated software and system programs and also lead to reducing hard disk problem.
