after typing in Microsoft word, one may choose to convert the doc file to a PDF file and this may not be easy to do with out the help of free Microsoft plugins.although there are so many free software to use for the converting of Microsoft doc file to PDF but i prefer using the Microsoft build plugging to do my converting of doc file to PDF and it is very easy.Microsoft has a build plugin one can use to convert doc file to PDF which can be easily done after you are through with your work.i am going to show you the small but mighty plugin i use to convert most of my doc file to PDF format.
so what do i need to convert my Microsoft doc file to PDF file.
just follow this step to do that.
how to convert Microsoft doc to PDF format
step1: download this Microsoft plugin called
Save as PDF or XPS. its a little plugin made by Microsoft to enable you save doc file to pdf format.you can download it through this download link
Save as PDF or XPS.
step2: after downloading the Microsoft save as PDF or xps, install it.but before installing it make sure that Microsoft is not running on the background.
step3: after installing, lunch your Microsoft word and type any thing, then try to save it,when the save dialog box come up, choose save as PDF.see the image above.now you can save or convert your Microsoft doc to PDF format.
note:this plugin only works with Microsoft word 2007.that's all.ENJOY.
