i know many of us like to save their tabs after browsing with Mozilla Firefox. you might come across a website that has information you are interested on but due to some network problem or other computer related problem, you might like to quit Firefox and save the tabs so that when you open it again, those saved tabs pages would load up for you to continue from where you stopped, but unfortunately, with the latest version of Mozilla Firefox, you can not save tabs when you try to quit it. well, recently, the latest version from Mozilla Firefox 4 and upward is not enabled to save tabs when quitting or closing.
this feature was available with the recent version, but i don't really know why they have decided not to enable the option to save your Firefox tabs when you are about to quit the web browser in the latest versions.Firefox version 4,5,6,7 upward, does not have the save tab options.
i know that many of us would be wondering why they did not enable it, but they might have their reason to disable the feature.nevertheless, their is still hope to bring back the save tab option with any of the higher version using this little trick.
so how do i enable the save tab option in latest versions Mozilla Firefox.
step1: just type this on your Mozilla Firefox URL side bar about:config. you will see a warning page, just click i'll be careful,i promise.
step2: after clicking, you will see a page, copy and paste this in the filter bar browser.showQuitWarning.
you will see this browser.showQuitWarning;false.
now change the false to true by double clicking it.doing this, you have enable the save tab option.so any time you try to quit your firefox, it will ask if you would like to save the tab. that's all.ENJOY.
