  6. that is how it use to behave.call their customer care and they will tell you same thing.at times it will give the error even if it has been resolved.

Dis etisalat are thieves,oloshi barawo.....is it by force 2 resubscribe 4 wat u do not plan 4?I tried 2 opt out of dis foolish autorenewal but it kip sayin operation not successful and dey kip deductin my money every month 4 d stupid new facebuk monthly plan dey brot which I hav neva touch d 25MB sef coz I dont hav tym 2 be downloadin dat facebuk stuff dey said coz its wastin of tym,but yet dey deducted my money and d mumu customer kia refuse 2 pik dia call.....plz if dia is anoda way out apart frm dat *229*0# or sendin stop to 229 plz tel me ooo.

  10. @anonymous.this same auto renewal also wreck my hard earn money.the most anoying part is that they will deduct your money immediately you recharge to make important call.so each time i subscribed,immediately i will stop the autorenewal by sending the word STOP to 229.i don't know of any other way apart from what is posted here.you can call their customer care.

  12. Am still having the problem till now since two weeks ago, they have been deducting ma money seriously and its very annoying....i even try calling their care, an so so rubbish dem dey talk for mouth....pls hw can i get thru dis ?
