alertpay account.today i am going to share with you on what you should know about setting up paypal account.if you are a online business man in ether Nigeria or every other country, you will agree with me that paypal is one of the most used online money payment processor.on like liberty reserve and alertpay that offer their services to almost all countries around the world,paypal is not available in all countries.
paypal does not accept every country to take part in their services,therefore paypal is only available to a limited countries and restrict other countries like Nigeria, Ghana and some other African countries.so if your country is among those that are restricted to take part in paypal services,then you will know that its not easy to maintain a paypal account because your country is not in paypal accepted countries.
the only way you can get a verified paypal account as a citizen of paypal restricted country,is to look for some one in paypal accepted countries to open one for you.this can only be possible if that person knows you to some extent.
the other options is using of fake vcc and proxy which is not save and i will advice you to stay clear form such act because it will not take paypal a long time to get a hold of your account which they will definitely place a limitation to your account.but what can some one do, when virtually all online businesses like ebay, hosting companies, online shops accept paypal as a means of payment option.to end this note, i will advice you not to use vcc and proxy to access paypal because paypal is secured and has sophisticated software to track malicious activities on their platform.that's all.ENJOY.
