inbound rules,then from the right hand side,click on
new rule.

step3:wait for the window to open,then choose the option from the radio button that says
program,then next it.
step4:from the next window,choose the option that says
this program path,browse out the program you want to block from your
C drive and choose the
.exe of the application,then next it.
step5:from the next window, choose the radio button that says
block the connection,then next it.
step6:from the next window, choose the three option
domain,
private and
public..
step7:from the next window, enter any name and description to identify the setup,then click finish.
step8:now click the second option which is
outbound rule and follow the same process from
