step1:click on start,then go to control panel>system and security>windows firewall>advance security.
step2:from the left hand side,click on inbound rules,then from the right hand side,click on new rule.
step3:wait for the window to open,then choose the option from the radio button that says program,then next it.
step4:from the next window,choose the option that says this program path,browse out the program you want to block from your C drive and choose the .exe of the application,then next it.
step5:from the next window, choose the radio button that says block the connection,then next it.
step6:from the next window, choose the three option domain, private and public..
step7:from the next window, enter any name and description to identify the setup,then click finish.
step8:now click the second option which is outbound rule and follow the same process from step1 to step7 above.that's all.any time you are connected to the internet, the particular software will not connect.ENJOY.
