Its annoying when you visit 2go website to register an account but in logging into their chat application,you will notice that your profile is not correct.when this happens,you would have another thought to change it.you can not be able to change your 2go profile using the chat application.you can only do that by going through their official website.incorrect chat profile may arise as a result of you not taking the time to fill the registration form and this is not cool.so if you find your self in this situation, this post will guide you on how to edit your 2go profile.
one thing you should note is that 2go requires you must have credit on your mobile phone before any changes to your information can be successful.just follow this step below.
how to edit 2go chat profile
step1: send an sms using the word UPDATE to 32120. they will charge you up to #30 credit.after sending the text, they will send a message to your phone.the message is like a link which you have to go through to update your info .
step2: if you don't see the message, then go to you phone direct wap browser and scroll down to where you will see service option, there you will see the link.just click it and start editing your information.that's all.ENJOY.you can add me on 2go username (bedfordng)
