step1:using snipping tool:with snipping tool:
,you can take a
screen shot on your computer. snipping tool is a pre-installed windows tools that can be use to screen capture any portion on your computer.it comes with window7.
how to use snipping tool to take a screen shot on your computer
to use snipping tool,just lunch it and highlight the portion you wish to capture.then save it to any image extension like png, jpg, gif etc,.if you wish to edit it,you can use the pre-installed window
paint tools to edit it.to do this,click the edit menu on snipping tool,then choose to copy and paste it on paint tool to edit it.
step2:using the [fn] plus insert[prt sc] on keyboard:
you can
take a screen shot on your computer by using the keyboard [fn] together with insert[prt sc] key.using this method will capture every thing that is showing on the computer.to take a screen shot with the keyboard,just hold the [fn] key and press the insert[prt sc] key.then open paint tool to paste it using control v.you can crop out the portion you want to use.
step3: using software called screenshot taker:
screenshot taker is a free windows application that will enable you
