AGBAMI 2012/2013 scholarship has commence for university undergraduate students in Nigeria to apply.this is to inform those students in tertiary institutions in Nigeria, University students in 100 level (year one) and 200 level (year two) in the Niger Delta Region that AGBAMI 2012 undergraduate scholarship application is on.so if you have a friend or you are in any university, then you are eligible to apply.
AGBAMI MEDICAL AND ENGINEERING PROFESSIONALS SCHOLARSHIP (AMEPS) is a Niger Delta targeted, educationally oriented, scholarship program aimed at supporting the nation’s medical and engineering manpower pool.
The program is open to year 1 and year 2 undergraduates attending recognized Degree Awarding State, Federal and Private Nigerian Universities.

how to apply for AGBAMI 2012/2013 undergraduate scholarship
Eligible Courses:
==> All Fields of Engineering.
==> Medicine/Dentistry/Pharmacy.
==> Medical Laboratory Sciences.
==> Nursing
Eligible states allowed
program allows indigenes from all Niger Delta States and Lagos State – (Bayelsa State, Rivers State, Delta State, Ondo State, Imo State, Abia State, Akwa Ibom State, Edo State and Cross River State).
scholarship criteria
==> A qualified applicant must have scored 60% or above in the Joint Admissions Matriculation Board examination for Year 1 applicants or 60% or above in their Cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) for Year 2 applicants.
==> Eligible candidates shall be 1st & 2nd year students in Nigerian Universities.
==> An existing beneficiary shall drop out of the program if :
==> Participant’s CGPA drops lower than 60% of the total score.
==> Participant fails to participate in the annual verification exercise.
==> There is a change of course to one outside the list of eligible courses.
==> Participant withdraws from school
==> Participant fails to meet the verification requirements.
scan and upload the following documents:
==> school admission letter
==> school ID card
==> WAEC or / NECO result
==> LGA letter of identification
==> passport photograph
the application is done online through http://dragnetnigeria.com/agbami.visit and click on apply link to start registration.NOTE : you must scan and upload your credentials while applying.

ReplyDeleteI am an eighteen year old Jamaican high school student. It has always been a dream of mine to pursue medical studies in your country, but my financial situation does not permit me to do so.
I have a high school diploma, 10 distinctions at the CSEC level and 5 distinctions in CAPE unit one. I also hold several leadership positions in my school and community. @anonymous, most of the scholarship available here are for Nigerian citizen.so i don't know how you want to do it since your country is far away.
