the procedure is not difficult so just follow the process below to get it done.

==> click on start and type
disk defragmenter and launch it
==> a window will open, you will see your
C: drive, choose it and click on defragment disk.
the process will start and you will have to wait for it to be fully completed.
Note: i will not advice you to perform it if you do not have stable power supply because it consume a lot of time to be fully done and also do not defrag your hard drive on a regular bases, you may choose to do that every 6 month or yearly.that's all.
