all i did to resolve the problem was to clear google play store data.to do this, goto your phone
settings=>application=>manage apps.scroll to google play store and click it.it will bring out the uninstall option,do not uninstall, just scroll to where it says clear data and click it to clear it.
also click on clear caches to wipe it,then restart the phone and open play store, it will ask you to reconfirm your google account, just do that and continue your download.that's all, ENJOY.
