i believe with only this option, we can proof them wrong that there are sincere Nigerians that can make use of their service without abusing it and using it to defraud other people because that was the reason they excluded Nigeria as part of the country that will use paypal until now.but on a serious note, what would happen if we make payment to a fraudulent seller or merchant online and we request for refund, how can we get our refund since they don't allow the account to receive money,guess am not the only one having this thought.lets see how everything goes, maybe they would consider and give us the option to make both payment, sending money and receiving money.
this may just be a test, so lets proof them wrong.
