From observation, i noticed that blogger countries domain redirection has been implemented on some country- specific domain on blogspot.com blog. redirection in Blogger is live in at least 15 countries. They include the following countries
Niogeria {blogspot.ng} India [blogspot.in], Australia [blogspot.com.au], UK [blogspot.co.uk], Japan [blogspot.jp], New Zealand [blogspot.co.nz], Canada [blogspot.ca], Germany [blogspot.de], Italy [blogspot.it], France [blogspot.fr], Sweden [blogspot.se], Spain [blogspot.com.es], Portugal [blogspot.pt], Brazil [blogspot.com.br], Argentina [blogspot.com.ar], Mexico [blogspot.mx].
With such redirection, this could affect your traffic stats and social media sharing as those who visited your blog from other countries may get a different url for your domain.if some one visited your site from uk, in their own web browser, your site will be redirected to their own country specific domain such as yoursiteblogspot.co.uk instead of yoursite.blogspot.com.
this will also affect your adsense earnings because most of your earnings will not be recorded if in your adsense settings, you added list of authorized website that will show ads from the site management option on your adsense dashboard.some of us do restrict our adsense ads to only appears on site that is added on the site management.if this is the case, then you may be missing out some of your site earnings because the site url will redirect visitor to another domain extension which adsense will not recognize as part of your authorized listed site to show ads.
you will keep seeing a notification that your ads has appeared on list of website that is not authorized to show your ads and due to this adsense will not count any clicks gotten from such website even if the site is yours.i have been in this situation before where all the listed site was mine but the domain redirection is showing either .co.uk, .in etc. but the content are same.
if the visitors also shares your post, it will display the url as blogspot.co.uk and the counter may not be shown as if some one had shared it if another visitor from a different country visit the site.
since the url will redirect to a different country specific domain for such visit, the url will be different from the visit in uk because social media will see it as another domain url even when its same blog.

To make this clear, let me give a scenario. if you got 2 visitors on your site and one of them is from uk while the other is from India. the 2 visitors will be redirected to their country specific domain which are blogspot.co.uk for UK visitors while blogspot.in for india visitors.
Now the url to a post will have the different country specific domain on the post.it won't change the content of the post.only the domain extension is changed.if the visitor from indian shared the article on your site, it will be shown on the social media as blogspot.in while if the UK visitor shares the same article, it will be shown as blogspot.co.uk but the counter may only display that 1 visitor shared the post instead of 2. The reason for this is due to the redirection of country specific domain.
Now if you get another visit from a different country, lets say canada the share counter may still be counting zero post shared because the url will be displayed as blogspot.ca and not blogspot.co.uk or blogspot.in
this also affects your comment if using disqus or facebook comment form because the redirection will only display comments from the different country specific domain.to avoid this, there is a way out.with this fix, you can automatically force redirect all visit from different country specific domain to your main domain blogspot.com any one that visited your blog from their country, they will be redirected to the main blog domain.here is how to fix this.i have made a detailed tutorial on this before now, so click the link below
