==> Follow The Screen Instructions. you will see the option to Transfer Fund
==> Select it, you will be asked to select if you want to transfer to either Gtbank account or Another Bank Account, chose the appropriate option.
==> From The next option, you will be asked to insert the amount you wish to transfer. enter the amount and move to the next option
==> you will be asked to insert the beneficiary account number, do that
==> from next option, you will be asked to select the bank name the person is using. lets say you wish to transfer to another bank account, not gtbnak. you will see list of the banks that is available. if you can't find the one you want to transfer to, then click on the more option at the bottom.you will see more bank's Name.so select the one you wish to send to
==> from the next option, you will see the name of the person you wish to transfer money to. confirm the name and amount carefully. you will be asked to insert the last 4 digits on your ATM Card, do that to complete the transfer.
==> you will see a successful message if every thing went well. at times you may see error message like service time out. if you see such, then wait a little like 20 minutes to see if you would receive debit alert before you try again. this is because at times when you see the service time out, you may think the transaction failed but which would make you rush to repeat the mobile money transfer again. by the time you repeat the mobile money transfer, you will be transferring double times.so wait to see if you will receive any alert when it gives service time out error because the money must have been transferred to the recipient account even when it says service time out.
